Today we prayed a lot about leadership: Numbers 11, 1 Timothy 4:12.
The group prayed for me at length today, mostly about leadership and how to be a leader of leaders. This is an area I keep revisiting when I look at the ministry God has given me. I continue to struggle with finding the best and most balanced approach when it comes to utilizing volunteers and discipling them. We prayed for confidence and how to set a personal example for these types & volunteers, and that the Lord of the Harvest would send even more workers into the field.
We asked that the Holy Spirit would empower us each to seek his face ... not simply reciting prayerful words, but being completely devoted to the pursuit of Him through the intimacy of prayer
